A letter to the best hero who saved my life.

First of all, I want to say I’m really sorry that until this time I still can’t make you the happiest person, I still lack of things, I still can’t make you proud of me. I am really sorry that I still couldn’t be the best daughter you’ve always wanted and expected. I am really sorry I’ve let you down for so many times and I really am regretted it my whole life. I’m really sorry if I make you upset, mad, and worry most of the time. Just so you know I, too, tried and always trying my best to be the best daughter you can be proud of someday.

Second of all, I want to say thank you. Thank you for being alive, for being who you are and for making me who I am now. You really save my life. You were always there when I needed you the most, when no one else could, when I felt the world was really against me. Thank you for making me feel save in this strange world. Thank you for teaching me many things and for being such the best teacher I owned. Thank you for always calling me in your break time just to ask if I have eaten or ask what am I doing, that seriously made my day. Thank you for always bringing a sunny days and rainbow to my life when all I can see is only thunders and storms. Your existence is already a gift for me. I’m so grateful to have you as my best dad, best friend, best adviser, best helper and so grateful to be your only daughter. Thank you for not being tired of me. Thank you for never stop loving me unconditionally. I will still remember that time when you saw my scars and told me that you will always be there if I need someone to talk to and that you really sad seeing me hurt myself. And I promise you I won’t do such stupid things again as long as you always willing to listen to all of the things I want to share with you. Just so you know I find it hard to trust someone but you and Nenek and now it’s only you who I can trust in this world, so please don’t ever get tired of trusting me too.

You’re indeed a guardian angel that heaven sent to me and I’m thankful for that. I’d trade my soul to anything so I can live with you forever. If I’m being reborn over and over again, I’d still choose to be your only daughter. You’re my sun, my universe, my breath, my life, my everything. Please stay healthy because you’re loved by so many people, especially my friends. They told me I’m a lucky daughter because I have such the kindest father and yes, they’re a hundred percent right.

This seems like the simplest way to express my gratitude towards you but to be brutally honest, words are not enough to describe how much I thankful to have you in my live. However, through this letter I hope you realize that your life is so precious and means a lot to me
